Fresh Feed From Top to Bottom; Excellent Feed Storage
- Heavy galvanization and sturdy corrugated sheets lend strength and durability.
- Ladders are also sturdy and include a convenient handrail.
- Bins over 20 feet (6.1 meters) high include a cage to meet OSHA standards.
- An optional ladder security door helps prevent unauthorized access to the bin’s ladder.
Long Durability and Low Maintenance
- Smooth feed flow and excellent workmanship, both inside and out, ensure that your Roxell bin requires very little maintenance.
- Our hopper door provides easy access to the inside of the bin for cleaning chores and improved biosecurity.
Excellent Weather Protection
- Extended bottom ring allows rain and other moisture to drip away from the hopper panels to keep water off the bin boot.
- Bin bolts feature a built-in weather seal washer.
- All bin seams are double-caulked with non-hardening sealer for maximum weather protection. Caulking is FDA approved and packaged in single beads for easy application
Roxell Feed Bins Offer Locking Bin Lid Openers
- Lid can be opened and locked from the ground or from a remote location.
- When lid is open, it remains with its top side out, preventing moisture or debris from getting in the lid.
- Lid slides out of the way of feed truck boom to avoid bin damage during filling.
Options
- Material flow control aids feed flow through the bin.
- 30-degree roof is available on request – 40-degree roof is standard.
- Optional clear bin boot transition provides instant visibility of feed flow.
