Breeder producers welcomed the two extra feeding spaces permitted by the KiXoo Feeder's oval shape and ROXELL used the same feature to design the Vitoo Feeder for feeding broiler breeder pullets. For the North American and Latin American markets, each pan has 16 feeding spaces and serves up to 64 birds per nine feet (2.7 meters) of feeder length, thus supplying up to 58% more eating space than a traditional trough chain feeder. The Vitoo Feeder pans carry a 10-year warranty. All pan parts were developed to comply with current animal care standards.

The Vitoo Feeder's feed windows, low pan rim height and wide grill openings work together to give day old birds easy access to feed. An easy-to-use shut-off slide on the pans enables producers to do partial-house brooding. The handy feed adjuster ring allows an easy and precise adjustment of the feeder's feed level.

The new feeder uses ROXELL's combination of two separate feed collectors, the inner and the outer pan, to promote uniformity and minimize waste. As birds eat, any feed dropped from the inner pan is collected in the outer pan. Integrated anti-swing inserts on the tubes prevent the feeder from swinging thus keeping the feed in the center of the pan. A solid hinge on the pan permits easy clean-out of the feeder without removing the pan.
