| Solid Steel Construction: | |||
| Roxell Bins are made of high quality steel. The galvanization thickness of the Roxell bin is rated at G-90. Strong "X" bracing between the legs of the bin and supports to the collar make the bin very stable. The leg anchoring system gives greater stability and is very simple to install. | |||
| Excellent weather protection: | |||
| Bottom bin rings allow rain to drip away from the hopper panels to keep water off the outlet boot. Bin bolts feature a built-in weather seal washer. The feed view window (optional), built in the bin body or hopper panel allows you to check the feed level inside the bin. All bin seams are double caulked with non hardening sealer for maximum weather protection. The caulking is FDA (U.S.A.) approved and packaged in single beads for easy installation. | |||
| Pneumatic filling is offered as an option. | |||
| We offer a SPRING-LOCK® lid: Spring locking lids give you a positive, spring-aided closing action. They are wind resistant; help keep snow and rain out; open easily with one hand and slide down the roof out of the way of the feed truck's auger. For added biosecurity, a remote access option is available. | |||
| Bins can be ordered with optional Ladder Door's for increased biosecurity. | |||
| Roxell ladders are designed to meet OSHA regulations. This includes caged ladders over 20 feet and hand rails at the roof line. | |||
