History of Roxell
Roxell N.V. was founded in Maldegem, Belgium in 1967 with a goal of offering innovative feeding and drinking systems that poultry users consider the best in the world. In 1991, Roxell established a U.S. location in Springdale, Arkansas.
CTB acquired Roxell in 1999, including the U.S. location. In 2001, CTB consolidated the Springdale, Arkansas-based Roxell U.S.A. operation with its Anderson, Missouri-based Sibley Industries acquisition. The resulting company operates out of the Anderson facility under the name Agile Mfg., Inc.
